NEW YORK (AP) A New York man is accused of stealing the toys of two women, one of them a celebrity, after they bought them from an online store.
The Daily News (http://bit.ly/2x5N0t9 ) reports 51-year-old James Patrick McQuean of Long Island is accused in a Manhattan federal court of illegally selling about 500 toys, including one that he had bought for his son, on the site Amazon.com.
The indictment says McQuea also sold them to a woman who he said was a customer, who then sold them on to an online seller.
McQuean is charged with mail fraud, identity theft, money laundering and interstate travel for allegedly stealing from the two women.
McQuan has not yet been charged.
